Testing Services
Functional Testing
- Conducting functional testing for our clients, we employ a variety of advanced and automated tests to guarantee the proper functioning of your circuit board or integrated system throughout your product's lifecycle. EIS is adept at designing, developing, and constructing automated functional test fixtures, complete with comprehensive procedural documentation. Our flexible functional test development process is deliberately designed to accommodate the evolving needs of our customers in dynamic market conditions, ensuring timely responsiveness to their requirements.
Structural Testing
- Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) technology eradicates the subjectivity and variability that may be present in manual visual inspection. Integrated into the automated PCB assembly process, AOI ensures 100% accuracy in Surface Mount Technology component placement, polarity orientation, and solder-joint inspection. Alongside AOI, our inspection technicians undergo rigorous training to detect even the most subtle imperfections.
Reliability Testing
- We offers full testing capabilities, including In-Circuit Testing (ICT) 3D X-ray Testing, as well as full thermal cycle testing for accelerated durability tests, or accelerated life testing, and environmental stress testing. EIS’s temperature “stress test” was designed to catch early, latent defects to ensure reliability of products.
Life Cycle Testing
- EMS offers state-of-the-art enhanced testing technologies customized to your product's requirements, encompassing thermal cycling, burn-in testing, and shock and vibration testing. With advanced equipment like Thermotron 32 and 16 cubic foot temperature chambers, Test Equity fast rate of change temperature chambers, and capabilities for random vibration, swept sine vibration, and shock tests, Emerald is thoroughly prepared to fulfill the exacting testing standards set by our high-reliability end users.
