Throughout his career, Sravan Kumar has collaborated with esteemed entities in the PSU sector, including Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Bharat Forge Ltd, Astra Microwave Products Ltd, and Cyient DLM. These experiences have equipped him with extensive knowledge in testing Electronic Warfare Production Systems & Sub-systems, as well as a deep understanding of electronic manufacturing operations.
Sravan Kumar specializes in the assembly and testing of RF Communication and Defense electronics, with core responsibilities that encompass:
- Overall responsibility for testing activities
- Ensuring the timely delivery of daily and monthly planned orders
- Strategic management of manpower utilization, optimization, and skill development
